I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner in Nebraska I have over ten years of experience helping individuals across many different walks of life. It is my passion to help others on their healing journey. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, life adjustments, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, and parenting skills. I have training in Emotion Code and Child-Centered Play. I use a client-centered, holistic approach to therapy while incorporating CBT, DBT, Play, Mindfulness, Emotion Code, and Creative Expression into treatment. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families.

Alexandra Haakenstad, BA
Alexandra is the office manager. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with her Bachelor's in behavioral health. She has plans to continue her Master's degree and become a licensed therapist. She offers parent education and training classes and is finishing her certification as a Parent Instructor by AJ Novick Group, Inc. She has over 10 years of experience working with children and families.
